ALO is seeking an IT Support Specialist to lead technology operations and service delivery across our retail and corporate footprint in Australia. The role requires hands-on leadership to manage a regional team, support store tech, and drive new store technology rollouts while aligning with a U.S.-based organization.

You will own the regional technology deployment lifecycle, coordinate with vendors, and provide corporate help desk support.

Qualificações

• What matters is 5+ years in IT/technical operations management with direct people management experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting retail technologies — POS, networking, terminals, and devices.
• Experience leading new store openings and multi-site technology rollouts.
• Strong corporate help desk background with ticketing systems and asset management.
• Fluency in English; able to travel across Australia and occasionally abroad.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a regional IT support team across the region and mentor staff.
• Set performance expectations and foster a service-oriented culture aligned with global standards.
• Serve as regional escalation point for technology issues in retail and corporate ops.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for store operations (POS, networking, devices).
• Monitor technology health and minimize downtime, coordinating with vendors.
