You’ll drive sales, coach Store Managers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on budgeting, forecasting and profitability. A hands‑on, growth‑minded leader will thrive in this evolving role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance.
• Coach and partner with Store Managers to improve commercial outcomes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and P&L performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Maintain exceptional customer experience and brand standards.
• Support future store openings and retail growth.
