Job summary

The HR Ally is seeking an Online Technical Lead to drive end-to-end solution design and technical delivery for ecommerce and retail projects in Melbourne. You will engage with clients, own architectural decisions, and lead delivery initiatives across multiple teams.

You will mentor engineers, champion best practices, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce/Retail domains including Order Management, Inventory & Fulfillment.
• Hands-on backend development with Node.js or Java.
• Strong design, leadership and agile delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Experience mentoring teams and guiding technical decisions.
