Job summary

Toll Group in Perth, WA, seeks an experienced Regional Injury Management Advisor to lead injury management and durable return-to-work outcomes across operations. You will partner with leaders, coordinate medical providers, and drive best-practice strategies to support injured employees.

Travel to operational sites will be required as you oversee a portfolio of workers' compensation claims and champion a safety-focused culture aligned with Toll's values.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health.
• ≥5 years' injury management/return-to-work experience.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation and return-to-work legislation.
• Experience managing complex injury claims.
• First Aid Certificate preferred or Return to Work Certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of workers' compensation injuries and claims.
• Implement injury management and return-to-work strategies.
• Develop graded return-to-work plans for complex injuries.
• Arrange and attend case conferences with injured workers and practitioners.
• Provide coaching to leaders on rehabilitation and early intervention.
• Manage healthcare providers for appropriate treatment pathways.
• Conduct Job Task Analyses for selected roles.
• Identify initiatives to reduce injury costs.
• Partner with leaders to drive safety and continuous improvement.
