Toll Group is seeking a Regional Injury Management Advisor in Perth to partner with operations, support injured employees through recovery, and drive best-practice injury management and return-to-work outcomes across the business.

You will develop and implement strategies that facilitate early recovery, working with internal and external stakeholders to minimise workplace injuries and support a safety-focused culture aligned with Toll's values.

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health discipline such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in injury management, workplace rehabilitation, or return-to-work roles.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and return-to-work legislation.
• Experience managing complex and serious injury claims.
• Demonstrated capability coaching and influencing leaders on return-to-work and rehabilitation best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of workers' compensation injuries and claims.
• Develop and implement injury management strategies to facilitate early recovery and durable return-to-work outcomes.
• Create graded return-to-work plans for complex injuries and assist managers with suitable duties.
• Attend case conferences with injured workers, treating practitioners, and stakeholders.
• Provide coaching and training to leaders on rehabilitation and early intervention practices.
• Oversee healthcare and occupational rehabilitation providers for cost-effective treatment pathways.
• Conduct Job Task Analyses for selected operational roles.
• Identify and implement injury prevention initiatives and cost-control measures.
• Partner with operational leaders to foster a safety-focused culture.
