Job summary

Pinnacle Hire is seeking a Regional Leader WA & NT / General Manager to drive performance, growth and profitability across the WA/NT region. You will lead branch teams, manage budgets, and align with the national strategy.

You will oversee Capex, fleet utilisation, asset lifecycle, and ROI/ROCE, ensuring safe, compliant operations while developing high-performing teams and delivering customer value. This role also requires regular travel and close collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with multi-site operations.
• Budget management, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
• Strong commercial acumen and growth focus.
• Experience in hire, construction, mining or related sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities
