Job summary

Australia WTH Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Leader to drive performance across Australia from our Mascot, NSW location. You will own the P&L, lead operations, fleet distribution, maintenance and ESG compliance, and set short- and long-term strategy to lift EBITDA.

You will manage revenue growth, forecast the fleet, and build a strong leadership pipeline across a multi-site organization in a global context. Extensive senior stakeholder engagement is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior operations or fleet leadership role in asset-intensive settings.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of improving profitability and efficiency.
• Experience building and developing teams to meet targets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with senior leaders.
• Experience in a US-headquartered multinational with familiarity of performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L: forecast revenue and costs, monitor performance, close gaps quickly.
• Grow ancillary revenue and commercial vehicle revenue.
• Forecast the fleet to optimise revenue per unit, utilisation and service.
• Raise customer satisfaction using NPS, reviews, and OTA platforms as measures.
• Lead a large operations team and develop leadership succession.
• Collaborate across a global matrix and contribute to fleet strategy.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, ESG standards.
