Job summary

Trend Windows & Doors in Queensland seeks a senior leader to drive revenue growth and EBITDA across sales, service and operations for the region. You will manage a large manufacturing plant and showroom network with about 120 staff, reporting to the national leadership team.

You will shape strategy, lead lean operations, and foster a high-performance culture while delivering safe, efficient, and profitable outcomes for the business and its customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in engineering, materials or related discipline.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams in a national organisation.
• Expertise in operational excellence and lean methodologies.
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence.
• Customer-focused, systems-savvy and resilient decision-maker.
