SIXT Australia is seeking a Full-time Regional Fleet Controller to join our Gold Coast Airport team on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days flexible). You’ll ensure the right vehicles are in the right locations, across multiple regions, to meet customer demand and maintain fleet availability.

Reporting to the National Fleet Asset Manager, you’ll coordinate fleet movements, manage repairs and maintenance with partners, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Formación

• Experience in fleet coordination or car rental operations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret operational data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proficient with reporting tools and data analysis.
• Strong time management across multiple locations.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Plan fleet allocation and movements to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate fleet repairs and maintenance with operations teams.
• Maintain fleet data in COBRA and reporting systems.
• Oversee onboarding, movement and disposal of vehicles.
• Monitor fleet availability, utilization, costs and performance.
• Provide fleet expertise across projects and initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with operations, franchise partners and external stakeholders.
• Support implementation of fleet strategies and continuous improvements.
