Job summary

SIXT Australia is seeking a Full-time Regional Fleet Controller based at the Gold Coast Airport on a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days flexible). You will ensure vehicles are in the right places at the right times, optimise fleet availability, and support customer demand across the network, with occasional interstate travel.

Reporting to the National Fleet Asset Manager, you will manage fleet movements for the Gold Coast and Northern NSW, coordinate maintenance, and drive data-driven

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet coordination, car rental, logistics, or similar fast-paced operations.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting operational data.
• Proficient with reporting tools and systems.
• Sound judgment supporting fleet and business objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Excellent time management across multiple locations.
• High attention to detail with proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan, communicate, and manage fleet allocation and vehicle movements.
• Coordinate fleet repairs, warranty work, and maintenance.
• Maintain fleet information in COBRA and reporting systems.
• Manage onboarding, movement, and disposal of vehicles.
• Monitor fleet availability, utilization, performance and costs.
• Provide fleet expertise on projects, trials, and initiatives.
• Build relationships with teams, partners and external stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of fleet strategies and continuous improvement.
