You will coordinate team activities, set deadlines, mentor staff, and apply knowledge of multiple disciplines and regulatory requirements to drive performance across the department.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities and schedules.
• Mentor and coach as needed to meet deadlines and targets.
• Apply knowledge of regulations and Joint Commission Surveys for facilities.
• Identify and solve multi-dimensional operational problems leveraging resources.
• Improve methods, processes and standards within job discipline.
