Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to supervise a team coordinating with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure work orders are completed. The role sits within Facilities Management, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investments.

The position entails directing daily activities, maintaining equipment, analyzing work order data, and presenting progress to management while identifying efficiency improvements and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory/shift management experience.
• Excellent ability to explain complex concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance reports to management.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfecting schedules.
• Evaluate new vendors and compare costs and benefits.
• Track facility expenses and budgetary impacts.
• Resolve complex problems and guide the team toward objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
