Job summary

Avenue Day Program in Queensland is expanding and seeking a Regional Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, ensure person-centered activities, and align services with participant goals. You will lead teams, collaborate with external clients, and monitor outcomes within the NDIS framework.

This role reports to the General Manager – Expansion and offers a dynamic, values-driven environment with professional development and flexible scheduling as part of a growing social enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with disability and a passion for inclusion.
• NDIS knowledge or experience working within NDIS funded services.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery of day-program activities and digitisation contracts.
• Coordinate staff rosters and supervise Support Workers.
• Manage external client workflows, timelines and progress updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation for NDIS billing and reports.
• Foster families and support networks' engagement and communication.
