Job summary

Endeavour Foundation is seeking a dynamic NDIS Services Team Lead in Queensland to ensure high-quality enabling services and to lead a team of coordinators and rostering officers. Reporting to the Operations Manager of Client Services, you will drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across front line delivery.

Key requirements include NDIA experience, a related tertiary qualification, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and willingness to obtain necessary checks.

Qualifications

• NDIA experience or background in NDIA/Support Coordination
• Experience leading high-performing teams in NDIA context
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and relevant applications
• Willingness to obtain required checks (National Criminal History, Yellow Card, Blue Card)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of NDIS coordinators and rostering officers
• Drive quality assurance, compliance and exceptional service
• Implement workforce optimisation and financial strategies
• Support continuous improvement and client experience
