Job summary

selectability is seeking a Regional Coordinator to lead a local team and expand services in Charters Towers. You will build relationships with clinical and community partners, recruit and mentor staff, and drive delivery of NDIS and mental wellbeing programs.

The role requires management experience in health or community services, strong reporting skills, and the ability to work with diverse communities. A current Qld driver's license and blue card are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams, programs or services in mental health, disability or community services (desirable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and reporting.
• Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and processes (desirable).
• Ability to work with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with clinical, community and government stakeholders.
• Recruit, train and support local staff.
• Coordinate referrals for NDIS and mental wellbeing services.
• Oversee program delivery and ensure documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.
