Job summary

Stabilised Pavements of Australia seeks an experienced Regional Manager to oversee Northern New South Wales operations from Somersby. You will lead the local team, drive regional strategy, and manage all facets including projects, safety, finance, and client relations to deliver high-quality pavement construction and stabilisation works.

The role requires strong leadership, market insight, and a track record in civil construction.

Qualifications

• Proven client-facing experience in a senior regional role.
• Extensive civil construction knowledge with pavements/stabilisation exposure.
• Understanding of NSW road maintenance and construction market opportunities.
• Experience in construction contract management and commercial acumen.
• Strong written and oral communication for client solutions and tenders.
• Ability to lead a team and influence others.
• Commitment to safe workplace practices and safety culture.
• Business development aligned with strategic growth.
• Engineering qualification or equivalent tertiary background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional team across Northern NSW and drive strategic direction.
• Manage operational, financial, safety, and project delivery aspects for the region.
• Oversee marketing, works procurement/tendering, client relations, invoicing and financial management.
