Job summary

AVADA Traffic Management is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a key NSW operation in its Northern regions. You will own regional P&L, build high-performing teams, strengthen client relationships and deliver profitable outcomes across safety and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a region or multi-site operation with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in safety, delivery, profitability and client outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgment and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of traffic management regulations (TCAWS) and related safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant and efficient traffic management operations in the region.
• Own regional P&L including budget delivery, revenue growth and costs.
• Build and retain relationships with key clients and pursue new work.
• Coach Supervisors and frontline teams; drive performance and culture.
• Ensure performance reporting, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with State Manager and internal teams on growth plans and tenders.
