Job summary

Stabilised Pavements Australia is seeking a dynamic senior leader to head the North NSW operations from our Somersby head office on the NSW Central Coast. You will drive regional strategy, oversee business, financials, safety, technical, contract and project management, business development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar client facing role.
• Extensive knowledge within the civil construction industry, pavements and stabilisation.
• Understanding NSW road maintenance and construction market opportunities and contacts.
• Experience in construction contract management and commercial acumen.
• Strong technical, written and oral skills for client solutions and tender bids.
• Proven ability to lead a team and influence others.
• Commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Strong business development skills aligned with strategy.
• Engineering qualification or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of quotes and tenders and pricing for stabilisation.
• Customer/client management and communications including technical advice, marketing and sales.
• Liaising with Operations Manager on scheduling of upcoming projects and resources
• Manage invoicing, budgeting and monthly costs review.
• Contract and Project management of stabilisation projects per PM framework.
• Administration and development of SPA systems, policies, training management system.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and SPA management system policies.
• Review operations and advise on improvements within SPA management system.
