Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart. We have been operating for almost 45 years and employ over 250people.
Reporting to the General Manager, South East and based out of our head office at Somersby on the NSW Central Coast, this position is responsible for leading a successful region and drive future strategic direction within our Northern New South Wales Operations.
We will be looking at a dynamic senior leader with experience within the pavement construction industry to lead our North region in NSW. With a key focus on leading our local team, the role encompasses managing all aspects including but not limited to business, financial, safety, technical, contract and project management, business development and networking, client relationships, general management, sales, and marketing within the region.
The role is adequately supported by an experienced local team, and a range of national resources that will work collaboratively to achieve your planned initiatives. Combining the challenge of marketing, works procurement/tendering, project delivery, contract management, client and stakeholder liaison, invoicing and the financial management and EOM processing of this significant business unit. This role includes a supporting team including administration, engineering and supervisory roles.
