Job summary

Stabilised Pavements of Australia – Somersby NSW is seeking a dynamic senior leader to head our Northern NSW operations. Reporting to the General Manager, South East, you will drive strategic direction, lead a regional team and manage all aspects of business, financials, safety, contract and project delivery, business development and client relationships.

You will engage with national resources, oversee tenders, pricing, and invoicing, and ensure governance across the SPA management system while

Qualifications

• Extensive civil construction experience, with pavements and stabilisation knowledge.
• Proven track record in contract management and commercial acumen.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Safety-focused with ability to lead a field team.
