• 5–10+ years in automotive OEM, importer, or dealership group environment.
• Strong understanding of automotive retail operations and dealer performance.
• Experience driving business performance with dealership partners.
• Ability to analyze sales, operations data and trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dealership partners across the region.
• Visit dealers regularly to review operations, sales and customer experience standards.
• Support dealers in improving showroom standards and overall performance.
• Act as primary regional contact for operational and network matters.
