Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in automotive OEM, importer, or dealership environment.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and dealer performance.
• Experience collaborating with dealer partners to drive business results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Australia.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dealership partners across the region.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to review operations and performance.
• Support operational efficiency, showroom standards, and business performance.
• Act as primary regional contact for operational and network matters.
• Assist dealerships in developing business plans aligned with objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
