Job summary

Geely Auto Australia is seeking an Area Network Manager to lead a portfolio of dealerships across the Australian region. This field-based role focuses on driving dealer performance, sales growth, and operational excellence in line with company standards.

You will engage regularly with dealer partners, implement regional strategies with the Sales & Network team, and oversee onboarding, network expansion, and KPI achievement while traveling within the region.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in automotive OEM, importer, or dealership group.
• Deep knowledge of dealer performance, sales, and customer experience.
• Proven ability to manage dealer relationships across multiple locations.
• Strong commercial acumen with data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Willingness to travel within Australia; Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dealership partners across the region.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to review operations, sales performance, and customer experience standards.
• Support dealerships in improving showroom standards and overall business performance.
• Act as the primary regional contact for operational and network-related matters.
• Support onboarding, network expansion initiatives, and dealership development projects.
• Work with Sales & Network teams to implement regional network strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor dealer performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve sales and operations.
• Assist dealerships in achieving retail, wholesale, and KPI targets.
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards and brand requirements.
• Travel regularly within the assigned region.
