Geely Auto Australia is seeking a Network Specialist to support the development and ongoing operation of its dealer network in Australia. You will collaborate with Network Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate onboarding, appointments, and network development while ensuring compliance and performance against KPIs.

You will manage dealer information, prepare reports, and coordinate audits, with regular interaction across Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Finance and Legal.

Formación

• 2-5 years' experience in automotive dealer operations or related roles.
• Experience with dealer onboarding, network development or performance coordination.
• Strong data literacy and ability to work with KPIs and reports.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; able to juggle priorities.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsabilidades

• Support Network Managers in the day-to-day management and development of the dealer network.
• Assist with dealer prospect assessment, appointments, onboarding, relocations, upgrades and other network development activities.
• Coordinate dealer onboarding documentation, internal approvals, implementation timelines and related communications.
• Maintain accurate dealer network information, records, agreements and supporting documentation.
• Monitor and analyse dealer performance against KPIs and business objectives.
• Collect, consolidate and review dealer operational, sales and financial information and prepare regular reports and presentations.
• Identify performance trends, risks and areas requiring follow-up, and support preparation for dealer performance reviews.
• Support implementation and monitoring of dealer standards, policies, CI requirements and operational compliance.
• Coordinate dealer audits, documentation and follow-up actions, and track corrective actions through to completion.
• Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and other internal stakeholders on dealer network initiatives.
• Support network planning projects, dealer programs, policies, processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
