Job summary

Zerra is seeking a Security Manager for its Dalby data centre campus in regional Queensland. You will lead the on-site security operations, manage the contracted guard force, and ensure the facility meets Zerra’s global standards and customer audit requirements.

You will oversee access control, CCTV, incident response, and security upgrades while coordinating with the Soft Services Manager and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in physical security management, including leading teams.
• Proven experience managing a contracted security guard force.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection and other electronic security systems (Genetec).
• Demonstrated incident response and investigations experience with autonomous decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations across the Dalby campus.
• Roster and develop the on-site security team and vendors, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.
• Own security incident response and investigations on site.
• Maintain compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and WHS legislation.
• Build relationships with emergency services, regulators and the local community.
