Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing staff in a service delivery environment.

• Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive relationships.
• Sound judgement, problem-solving and decision-making skills when managing complex matters and competing priorities.
