Crop Smart is seeking a Regional Branch Manager in Hopetoun to lead its local team, drive sales growth and strengthen grower relationships across the region. You will own day-to-day operations, mentor staff, manage branch profitability and shape sales strategies while maintaining your own customer portfolio.

You’ll lead from the front, analyse performance, and travel to meet growers, develop new business and reinforce partnerships with the farming community.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' sales experience, ideally in agriculture or related industry.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team with prior leadership experience.
• Strong commercial acumen to manage targets, budgets and profitability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of rural communities and growers with a proactive, results-driven approach.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and develop Sales Representatives and Store Staff to build a high-performing team culture.
• Drive sales growth through planning, business development and customer relationship management.
• Manage branch profitability, budgets, sales targets and overall P&L performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with growers, agronomists, suppliers and the wider agricultural community.
• Manage own customer portfolio and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts and secure new business.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, inventory levels and key KPIs.
• Oversee branch operations, stock management, safety and compliance requirements.
• Represent Crop Smart at field days, crop walks, grower meetings and community events.
