Job summary

Agri Talent is sourcing a full branch leadership role for a John Deere dealership on the Eastern Eyre Peninsula. The Branch Manager will have genuine P&L responsibility, personally manage key accounts and shape sales strategy across a large broadacre territory.

This position offers a Monday to Friday roster with limited after-hours contact outside peak seeding and harvest periods, relocation and accommodation assistance, a company vehicle with personal use, and a supportive network across the

• Drive branch financial performance including sales targets, budgets and cost control
• Build and maintain key account relationships while pursuing further market growth
• Lead and develop a small team — hiring, coaching, performance management and daily coordination
• Oversee planning and execution of marketing activities, field days, machinery demonstrations and customer clinics
