Bupa is seeking a Roving Quality and Education Manager based in NSW to support our care homes across Hunter New England, Upper Hunter, Northern NSW and Mid North Coast. You will coach, educate and model quality governance to improve resident outcomes.

Based at Kempsey, you will lead quality care initiatives, drive PCI improvements, and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards while building capability across multiple locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Nursing is essential.
• Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care desirable.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is desirable.
