Reporting to the Managing Director and collaborating with global teams, you will set KPIs, lead a high‑performing network, and build scalable processes to improve profitability, customer satisfaction and brand standards across Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Lead national aftersales strategy across parts, service, technical support, CRM and warranty for Australia.
• Drive aftersales revenue, profitability and customer retention through programs, parts growth and operational excellence.
• Establish KPIs and performance frameworks across the dealer network for parts revenue, service retention and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to outperform market benchmarks in cost efficiency, service quality and customer experience.
