Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead refinery training activities and coordinate learning programs.
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions and coach staff.
• Develop and manage training materials and procedures.
• Partner with leadership to identify improvements and KPIs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in training.
