Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company seeks a seasoned RCM Lead to drive reliability improvements at the Decatur site. You will lead change, champion proactive maintenance, and implement asset management strategies within ADM’s enterprise framework.

The role requires 8+ years in R&M, strong leadership, and expertise in predictive and preventive maintenance, CMMS, and reliability methodologies. Collaboration across teams will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 8+ years of R&M experience.
• Experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance in manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading direct reports (5+ years).
• Proficient in predictive and preventive maintenance and reliability standards.

Responsibilities

• Deploy reliability strategy within Performance Excellence framework.
• Align budgets with strategic direction and asset management goals.
• Develop asset management strategy integrated with Performance Excellence.
• Support maintenance team to optimize resources and improve efficiencies.
• Define reliability metrics and KPIs to meet safety, quality, and cost goals.
• Lead CMMS usage for planning, scheduling and execution.
• Provide technical support to maintenance department.
• Mentor and develop direct reports on a quarterly basis.
• Drive Losses to Action projects to reduce downtime and save targets.
• Act as main point of contact for RCM initiatives across scope areas.
• Guide Location Maturity Assessments and associated actions.
