Archer Daniels Midland Company in Windsor, Ontario, is seeking a Refinery Learning & Development Coordinator to lead and coordinate training activities across the refinery. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Refinery Learning & Development Coordinator leads and coordinates refinery training activities. This role leverages technical expertise and team-building skills to develop, manage, and engage the workforce in all training aspects and is part of the Global Technical Training Center of Excellence (CoE).
