Job summary

Cleanaway is hiring a permanent, full-time operator in Rutherford, NSW. You will load and unload bulk liquids, perform general site cleaning, and handle local deliveries with our company vehicle. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7 am–3 pm with overtime as required.

We provide uniforms and PPE, induction and training, and join Australia’s largest waste management company with strong safety commitments and good career prospects.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and willingness to learn.
• Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug test.
• Waste industry experience is not essential.

Job description

• Permanent – Full Time – Rutherford, NSW
• Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 7 am to 3 pm am + Overtime as required
• $36.65 an hour. All overtime is paid at overtime rates (Monthly pay cycle)
• Uniforms and PPE provided
• Induction and training provided

• Assisting other team members when required

About You

• Valid driver's license
• Mechanical aptitude
• Forklift license or willing to obtain
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team, reliable and willing to learn
• A strong commitment to safety, and a willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test
• Waste industry experience is not essential
