Job summary

Cleanaway is seeking a hands-on general labourer/driver to join its NSW team. You will perform loading and unloading of bulk liquids, conduct site cleaning, and handle pickups and deliveries using the company vehicle. The role requires teamwork and a safety-first approach.

Full-time, permanent position with focus on safety, training provided, and overtime opportunities. Uniforms, PPE, and a modern fleet support daily activities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s licence required and mechanical aptitude essential.
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug test.
• Basic computer skills and safety-conscious approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 7 am to 3 pm am + Overtime as required
• $36.65 an hour. All overtime is paid at overtime rates (Monthly pay cycle)
• Uniforms and PPE provided
• Induction and training provided

About You

• Valid driver's license

• A strong commitment to safety, and a willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test
• Waste industry experience is not essential
