Job summary

Cleanaway is hiring at Henderson, WA for a permanent full-time Waste Liquid Transport Operator. The role collects liquid waste (oily water) into a tanker and transports it to our disposal plant for recycling, using a safe, modern fleet. You will complete all paperwork accurately and work with a team at the Henderson site.

Expect a 4am start with up to 10 hours per day, a strong safety culture, and opportunities for overtime. Uniforms and PPE are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum HR Licence required.
• Experience with vacuum tankers, hook trucks, skip trucks, and front-lift trucks is advantageous.
• Liquid waste experience is desirable.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks in varying conditions.
• Clean driving record.
• Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn.
• Willing to take a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
• Waste industry experience is not required.

Your new role:

Based at our Henderson, WA site, this role will require you to service multiple customer sites. Your role includes collecting liquid waste (oily water) into a tanker and transporting it to our disposal plant for recycling. You will be working with a safe, modern, and reliable fleet. You will be required to operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with company regulations and complete all paperwork and records accurately.

About you

To be successful in the role, you will have the following:

• Minimum HR Licence
• Experience with vacuum tankers, hook trucks, skip trucks, and front-lift trucks will be an advantage
• Liquid waste experience, desirable
• Physically fit, and capable of performing manual tasks in varying conditions
• Clean driving record
• Good attitude, reliable, and willing to learn
• Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test
• Waste industry experience is not required
