OTR Group is hiring for a Store Operations role at our Brisbane location. You will oversee day-to-day store activities, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive team training and development.

You will manage rostering, stock control, and reporting while upholding health and safety policies. The successful candidate will have leadership experience in retail or hospitality and strong communication and teamwork skills.

About the Role

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
