Job summary

OTR Group is seeking a Store Operations Leader to support day-to-day retail activities in Queensland. You will lead store operations, coach team members, manage rosters and stock, and ensure effective reporting while upholding health and safety standards.

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
