Job summary

Reddy Express, a division of OTR Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations across our network. You will oversee customer service, coach staff, manage rosters, oversee stock control, and ensure reporting and health and safety compliance.

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
