Reddy Express Terrigal is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, lead a small team, and drive excellent customer service. The role involves rostering, stock management, reporting, and upholding health and safety policies.

The successful candidate will bring retail or hospitality leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for coaching others to deliver outstanding service. Australian working rights and police clearance are required.

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
