Job summary

Reddy Express Caloundra is seeking an Assistant Manager to support day-to-day store operations, drive customer service, and lead a small team.

You will handle rostering, stock management, reporting, and ensure adherence to health and safety policies while training staff to deliver exceptional service. Availability includes Tue-Fri and weekend shifts; you will confirm Australian working rights and provide a police clearance if required.

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to‑day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.

Availability Requirements

• Tuesday: 8:00 - 16:30
• Wednesday: 8:00 - 16:30
• Thursday: 8:00 - 16:30
• Friday: 8:00 - 16:30
• Saturday: 5:00 - 14:00
