Qualifications

• Active Reddit user with deep understanding of subreddits, threads, crossposts, Reddiquette, and community dynamics.
• Background in community management, social media strategy, or agency-side consultative account support.
• Ability to translate complex internet culture into actionable marketing guidance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to partner requests with organic engagement recommendations across subreddits.
• Educate brand teams on tone and voice for posts, comments, and AMA responses.
• Advise on moderator outreach, community rules, and best moderation practices.
