Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking a Trading Executive (Social) to join our central craft team in Australia. You’ll work across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit and X, partnering with activation teams and platform partners to trade smarter and adopt new capabilities.

You will deepen platform knowledge, troubleshoot campaigns, build relationships with social partners and help roll out best practices across the group.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid social experience across platforms (Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn etc.).
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn new products and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted social platform expert for the activation team.
• Troubleshoot campaigns and support teams with complex trading challenges.
• Build relationships with social partners and gain early exposure to new products and beta features.
• Test new platform capabilities and share best practices across Omnicom Media.
• Support training, Lunch & Learns and platform education across teams.
• Help teams maximise value from internal technology (Omni and Synergy).
• Improve processes, workflows and standards across social trading.
• Support campaign audits, platform governance and trading best practices.
