Job summary

InfraBuild Recycling in Mackay, Queensland, seeks a Branch Supervisor to lead daily site operations for ferrous and non-ferrous processing. You will drive safety, quality, and customer service while coordinating priorities and maintenance to achieve production targets.

The role reports to the Branch Manager and offers a permanent, full-time position with career development, annual leave, and long service leave options. Remote location allowance applies and a quarterly bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience ideally within recycling / waste / export / manufacturing / heavy industry.
• Understanding of preventative maintenance and plant operations.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience in scrap metal handling and site operations preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities to meet production targets while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate site scheduling, priorities, and communication with the Branch Manager.
• Ensure WHSE practices are followed and incidents are reported and addressed.
• Support contractor management and compliance with safety permits and inductions.
• Analyse performance trends and drive corrective actions for equipment and processes.
