InfraBuild Recycling is seeking a Branch Supervisor for our Mackay site to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, efficient production of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. You will coordinate scheduling, drive customer service excellence, and manage inventory, quality standards and plant maintenance with a focus on continuous improvement.

The role reports to the Branch Manager and offers a remote location allowance, a quarterly bonus, and long-term career development within a strong safety

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience ideally within recycling / waste / export / manufacturing / heavy industry.
• Understanding of preventative maintenance.
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Previous industry experience (scrap metal) preferred but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Carry out daily toolbox meetings and liaise with the Branch Manager to ensure WHSE information flows between management and employees.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards and report hazards, injuries and incidents.
• Assist in WHSE initiatives/improvements and corrective actions for work area.
• Ensure contractors operate under contractor management processes (permits, inductions, supervision).
• Analyse trends in performance against market conditions, forecast production and machinery utilisation.
