Due to internal promotion we are seeking a Branch Supervisor to join our Recycling site in Mackay. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Branch Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient and reliable operation of InfraBuild Recycling’s ferrous and non-ferrous site in Mackay. You will lead day-to-day activities to achieve production targets, maintain high service standards and ensure operational issues are promptly addressed with effective corrective actions implemented across safety, quality, equipment and customer service.
Working closely with the broader team, you will support site scheduling, coordinate daily priorities and communicate clear expectations around customer service, production performance, inventory management, quality standards and plant maintenance to drive continuous improvement and operational success.
