Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group – Huntingwood NSW is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join a passionate team driving growth for clients in the blue and white collar market. Based at Arndell Park, you will manage end-to-end recruitment from briefs to placing candidates.

You will need strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and recruitment experience. The role offers a competitive salary of AU$80k–$90k plus commission and opportunities for career development.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be joining a team of passionate individuals who help support and drive the growth of the organisation. Working from the Arndell Park location, you will be responsible for collaborating with a range of different clients within the blue and white collar market. You will be driven to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many clients as possible find good people.

Key responsibilities

Taking job briefs from clients and advertising roles

Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, placing, and managing candidates

Prioritising candidate care and building meaningful relationships

Lead generation and account management

Attend client meetings, build rapport, and enhance relationships

End-to-end full life cycle recruitment using best in breed and fully integrated recruitment software (FastTrack 360, RatesCalc and OnBoarded)

About you

Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints

High level of interpersonal communication

Experience in recruitment (blue or white-collar labour hire preferred)

Exceptional time management, organisation and presentation skills

Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service
