PERSOL in Sydney is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join on a permanent basis. As a 360 recruiter, you will manage the full lifecycle across white-collar roles, working with clients and candidates to win business and deliver great recruitment experiences.

You should be a natural relationship builder with a sales-focused mindset, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and be motivated to hit targets while maintaining strong communications and a team-first attitude.

About the Role
