Programmed GO is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across white- and blue-collar roles. You will generate new business opportunities, build client relationships and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes a 360 approach with an emphasis on sales targets, BD, and delivering successful placements in a hybrid work setting from Sydney, NSW.

About the Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of white-collar positions. You'll work closely with clients and candidates, generating new business opportunities while delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.
