Job summary

Elite Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our NSW team, with a long-term view of becoming an experienced Account Manager. You will manage client relationships, coordinate recruitment and onboarding for temporary staff, and liaise daily with candidates and employees.

The role focuses on rosters, attendance, timesheets and workforce needs, with an emphasis on quick responses to staffing requests and thorough candidate screening.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing strong client relationships.

• Conducting regular client communication and site visits.

• Working closely with the wider Elite team to deliver outstanding service and resolve issues quickly.
